The Soul Market - Terms & Conditions

The Soul Market offers a peer-to-peer platform where users can buy, sell, and trade spiritual, mystical, and handmade items. Our aim is to create a warm and enchanting space that fosters authenticity, creativity, and soulful exchange.
Users create an account to list items for sale or purchase from others. - Sellers upload photos, write descriptions, and set prices for their items. - Buyers can browse, purchase, and leave reviews. - Once a sale is made, the seller is responsible for packaging and shipping the item directly to the buyer.
The Soul Market does not allow the listing or sale of: - Items that violate local, national, or international laws. - Mass-produced goods that lack originality or spiritual value. - Items with misleading descriptions or photos. - Any content deemed offensive, harmful, or culturally insensitive.
Users agree to: - Be respectful and truthful in all communications and transactions. - Accurately describe all items. - Not engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse of any kind.
The Soul Market retains a 20% commission on all completed sales. - Sellers receive 80% of the final sale price (excluding shipping). - Payments will be released to the seller once the item is confirmed as shipped and/or delivered.
All sales are considered final unless: - The item was never shipped. - The item was significantly misrepresented. Buyers must open a dispute within 3 days of receiving the item. Disputes will be handled by The Soul Market support team on a case-by-case basis.
- Sellers are fully responsible for shipping and packaging their sold items. - Sellers must ship items within 3 business days of sale confirmation. - Shipping costs may be paid by the buyer or incorporated into the item’s price — this must be clearly indicated at the time of listing. - Tracking numbers are highly encouraged and may be required for certain high-value transactions.
To maintain a consistent and visually inspiring experience for all users: - All item photos must meet The Soul Market's aesthetic and quality standards. - We reserve the right to edit, crop, brighten, or enhance photos to align with our platform's visual presentation. - Users are encouraged to submit clear, well-lit, and uncluttered photos of their items.
The Soul Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in dishonest, abusive, or illegal behavior.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
